Rules and terms governing the use of DormiDove and our direct host contact services
1. Overview & Service Scope
The Dormidove portal is a technological and informative platform operated by Mare In S.r.l., designed to connect tourists and travelers directly with accommodation hosts across Italy.
Dormidove strictly operates on a "0% Commission" model: it does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or payment broker. No booking transactions or commission fees are charged on holiday bookings.
2. Platform Operator
The Dormidove portal is owned and operated by Mare In S.r.l. (VAT: IT02225651203).

3. Contractual Relationship between Guest and Host
All booking agreements, availability inquiries, rate confirmations, and payments occur directly and exclusively between the Guest and the Accommodation Host.
Mare In S.r.l. is not a party to any rental or lodging contract and disclaims any liability arising from host default, cancellations, service discrepancies, or holiday disputes.
4. Content Accuracy & CIN Tourism Compliance
Host partners are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of information published on Dormidove, including rates, descriptions, photos, and compliance with national and regional tourism laws.
In accordance with Italian legislation, each accommodation unit must display the National Identification Code (CIN). Mare In S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend or remove non-compliant listings.
5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
Users agree to utilize Dormidove solely for lawful purposes related to finding accommodation. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Sending spam, fraudulent inquiries, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• Scraping or extracting host contact details using automated tools or bots;
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, UI designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Dormidove are the exclusive property of Mare In S.r.l. and are protected under international copyright laws.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the registered office of Mare In S.r.l., without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
